Damigo was in court for severe crimes against humanity, the charge sheet was so long it took the prosecutor several days to read out. During the trial only one witness dared to testify and this witness was planning on committing suicide right after the committal. His testimony was "Damigo kept demanding that I dump in him, I didn't know what to do!" Damigo decided to represent himself. He had been building his defense for weeks while in remand. Damigo, wearing his finest stolen suit gets up in front of a white board, takes off his glasses, clears his throat then speaks to the court room "Before we begin, we need to define our terminology, what is a dump?" Damigo pulls out all his "FLOWcharts," pages full of scribbles on fluid dynamics and wave functions and begins describing the sensational feeling of receiving a dump. Damigo even had a computer generated representation, a 3D graphical animation, a scaled up synthetic prosthetic ass and dick and even a volunteer to donate another dump for the court to witness.
Damigo's volunteer even had a character reference "Big Spencer." Big Spencer stated "Damigo is one of the finest dump receiving blokes I've ever met, he's also the most generous fella you'd ever meet, he once lent me a shotgun to take out this Lebanese gang." Right after this Big Spencer approached Damigo's cage and dumped in him right through the bars. The witness couldn't bare to relive the sounds of Damigo demanding a mean dump and commited suicide there and then. That witness testimony was the only evidence against Damigo and he was then free to go.
