Now my personal options are 1) exert more effort into figuring out ‘real’ news or 2) consume the MSM nonsense and not believe any of it anyway

Use primary sources

Watch events/speeches/hearings, read transcripts/bills

It is even hard finding videos I want to watch on YT now

Go to .gov or public broadcast of govt functions

I search for something even close to news related and every suggested video is worthless MSM videos with no primary info

As of now, congress still documents its legislation

And the presidents every move is recorded somewhere in its whole

The old days of TD where the comments had real discussion were super helpful - All the facts with links you needed, videos, discussion, debate

As for administrative state and agencies, HA. corrupt mess

Unaccountable and inaccessible what they do

Ill love trump forever just for auditing the DoD

Audit everything

Negotiate new govt contracts yourself if you have to
