it's a family vacation but my two cousins that are authentic New Jersey gym dagos couldn't make it this year

2018-07-18 07:16:27 UTC

I did about 3 sets and 15 reps of squats on the leg press and the squat machine and a few other exercises. Today was more of a leg day than ab day.

@Jiub nice jewb have to make it where you can. I was on a camping trip the other day and had to run and do body weight.

2018-07-18 15:27:25 UTC

@texan man nice work tyler, you run on your leg days ?

2018-07-18 15:28:44 UTC

How do I make pre-workout taste not bitter, and how do I make it dissolve better? Chemistry taught me I need tp heat the liquid to make it dissolve better so I can supersaturate it, but then it’ll be hot and if I cool it down it’ll just sink to the bottom anyways, or maybe crystalize. If I also put sugar in to make it taste better, it’l be even harder to dissolve.

I drink my coffee black, so it’s already bitter, and hot. Pre-workout in coffee?

2018-07-18 15:31:34 UTC

That’s a shitpost, coffee already has caffeine and mixing in pre-workout would probably be too much. Also coffee gives me the shits. What about a product that is a coffee marketed as a pre-workout, like coffee with vitamins?

2018-07-18 15:32:13 UTC

i do not do prework out, if i can not produce the energy myself or get the acids naturally i dont do it.

2018-07-18 15:32:45 UTC

also preworkouts will have lots of acids in them and they will always taste bitter and its not really anything you can do about it, so the best thing is to chug it or use splenda or some type of fake jew sugar that will disolve.

2018-07-18 15:32:48 UTC

I figured I’d give it a try and see if it helped, so far it’s not too bad

2018-07-18 15:33:30 UTC

^edited

2018-07-18 15:34:04 UTC

Acids are usually sour, bases are usually bitter. Then again, there’s a fine line between the two flavors, so that’s like tomāto tomato

2018-07-18 15:35:00 UTC

yeah, if your going to drink that jew garbage then just chug it all at once and scream out loud like a maniac, done

2018-07-18 15:35:35 UTC

Meh, it’s not that bad anyways I guess

2018-07-18 15:37:12 UTC

honestly, its better to produce as much of your own energy as possible. And rely on your body itself to get pumped for the workout. a small cup of natural black coffee is fine every once and a while

2018-07-18 16:49:19 UTC

@RedSunRises coffee wakes up my intestines too

2018-07-18 17:50:32 UTC

yeah my only preworkout is bcaas and a cup of black coffee

2018-07-18 17:50:52 UTC

I've read too much about people getting on preworkout and having to continuously up the dose

2018-07-20 22:41:12 UTC

3 is an every day perfect amount

2018-07-20 22:42:18 UTC

Not everyday, but on days where I don't lift. Do you run daily?

2018-07-20 22:52:51 UTC

I try my very best to run everyday

Make sure to grind on your leg days. When you work legs you release a human growth hormone and a natural increase of testosterone which will benefit the growth of the rest of your body later on.

Lower weight and higher reps to achieve a painful burn instead of heavy weights and fatigue was when I started achieving growth results. Remember, lift fast up until you pinch the bicep, and slow all the way down to stretch the bicep.

2018-07-22 20:42:19 UTC

@texan man how do I know I worked them good enough

2018-07-22 20:43:14 UTC

Btw is 3 times a week too much for legs?

2018-07-22 20:44:03 UTC

If it’s painfully burning as you lift. I usually do legs about two times a week. Usually the day before I work out the muscles I want to grow most.
