@Darkseid lol no, that is not a valid argument lol, there is a morally selfless practice of it, and there is a immoral selfish practice of it. one is a fair use of the system, the other an exploitive abuse. I think people take it to hart that capitalism is strictly selfish, when really it isnt strictly speaking. yes there are cnts that will cheat you and screw you, and they more often than not do in fact do more harm than good.

As for your question, In a way, communism is an extreme form of socialism. Socialism is sometimes used interchangeably with communism but the two philosophies do have some stark differences. Most notably, while communism is a political system, socialism is primarily an economic system that can exist in various forms under a wide range of political systems. I guess you could argue that socialism is the cancer, and communism is the zombified corpse after the fact lol
