South Africa has been acting as China's bitch, while sitting on the world's largest chrome deposits. Instead of using the raw resources (chrome) in order to get ferrochrome (high-valued resource), the South Africans chose instead to sell the raw resources at an abysmally low price, while the Chinese used it to create ferrochrome and profit at the expense of the South Africans.
It's all about economics here. They have moved into Zimbabwe now because there's a new sheriff in town and they had to act fast as to not allow Mnangagwa to deal with the West (his entire electoral platform was based upon this, openness and whatnot).

@Banting Gamer I'll see, initially wanted it for crime specifically just so I could actually get accurate data on crime statistics, but thought about toning it down for now...don't think the ANC would like external sources posting accurate statistics
