If you are referring to the ANC getting votes, they always get votes. no matter what happens
It would be better if the government just granted the blacks land in the townships. then they could take out loans on their properties and develop them. They have been urbanising since apartheid. They don't want to live in the middle of nowhere rural areas where there are no jobs.
