@Rendier Making the requirements to go to university lower won't increase the amont of qualified people. Universities only can accommodate a certain amount of students. And normally the students with the highest marks will get accepted first and then those who just just made it. And know more people will apply for university and many will not get in. And those who already workes to reach the old requirements will already fill up the last space.
@bloob16 I know what you mean but just to extend it. the owner should place it on the "market" (in that time make it available to be bought) and then the first person to match an offer the seller can agree with can get the land or proverty after payment.
Yeah land should be owned by those that pay for it, and who make use of it to be productive. That said, land doesn't make people wealthy or successful like its some kind of magic lol, it still requires work and effort.
Even if the people do aquire land they most likely can't afford farming equipment. Most of the people don't even have the credit to do so. But even if they do get the credit and can't pay back their loans then all equipment and ground will be sold on auction.
