i know the army combat conditioning training is an absolute fucking joke

seriously fireman carries and ammo creat carries are good for training
try to find ways to simulate that without actual people

@Crab Core (CA) yeah seriously when your sergeant sits you down make sure to ask him what are the physically standards are for your unit. this will set you ABOVE your peers and may even get you promoted sooner rather than later
