i have a pair of absolutely gorgeous rugers in 22-250, that i just don't shoot much because i don't want to shoot out their barrels

2020-04-08 04:46:38 UTC

ps9 dagger

2020-04-08 04:46:48 UTC

Ruger Hawkeye?

2020-04-08 04:46:49 UTC

Sorry dark the bot issa dick

2020-04-08 04:46:51 UTC

i don't think they're going to take any of glocks market share tbh

2020-04-08 04:47:02 UTC

believe they're ruger mark 77s

2020-04-08 04:47:09 UTC

Mossberg has 2 new pistols too

2020-04-08 04:47:30 UTC

when i get 300wm, i'm set on the Ruger Hawkeye (mauser controlled feed) with a detachable mag (most Hawkeyes are not detachable mags)

2020-04-08 04:47:33 UTC

And keltec has a new sub2000 with built in supressor

2020-04-08 04:47:38 UTC

like this one right here

2020-04-08 04:48:18 UTC

Im interested in fns new 509 compact as well

2020-04-08 04:48:18 UTC

well, Ruger specifically sells two M77 lines. one is their lowend M77 line they call the M77. the other is the good M77 that they call the Hawkeye

2020-04-08 04:48:25 UTC

so i don't know which one it is

2020-04-08 04:49:02 UTC

believe all the varmint models are hawkeyes from a quick google

2020-04-08 04:49:34 UTC

ya, and yours doesn't look cheap

2020-04-08 04:49:42 UTC

i love it

2020-04-08 04:49:53 UTC

Im not a fan of wood rifles but thats nice

2020-04-08 04:50:16 UTC

ah, you're right. their "77-series" are only 17, 22, 357, and 44

2020-04-08 04:50:46 UTC

i suppose the 77-series line isn't so much cheap as i guess it's more like small caliber?

2020-04-08 04:51:39 UTC

no idea really, i'm not too brushed up on ruger stuff

2020-04-08 04:51:58 UTC

ngl, i kind of want to pick up a ps9

2020-04-08 04:52:06 UTC

if it's fully glock compatible, it could really pick up momentum, especially with the 17 slide on the ps9 frame

2020-04-08 04:52:25 UTC

i think they look better than glocks too

2020-04-08 04:52:26 UTC

Ruger is one of the few companies i follow a little more. i don't know what it is, but i like their quality in bolt-actions and revolvers

2020-04-08 04:52:37 UTC

just going to have to see how reliable they are

2020-04-08 04:52:57 UTC

i've got a ruger SA revolver in .357, it is extremely well made

2020-04-08 04:53:12 UTC

all the part tolerances are better than most of my guns kek

2020-04-08 04:53:57 UTC

the ps9 looks more like a p320 than a glock

2020-04-08 04:54:57 UTC

if you look from the trigger guard up, it just looks like a custom glock

2020-04-08 04:55:03 UTC

i've got the Ruger GP100 7-round, and it's so so nice. 6" barrel for ultimate hunting pleasure

2020-04-08 04:55:41 UTC

hmm, i guess. i guess it has a mix of glock and sig in it.

2020-04-08 04:55:47 UTC

at least to my eyes, anyway

2020-04-08 04:56:02 UTC

grip looks sig, slide looks custom glock

2020-04-08 04:56:15 UTC

oh siiiiiick. so i can buy one of the beautiful M77 models in 300wm and then change them to have a detachable mag

2020-04-08 04:56:30 UTC

that way i don't have to buy their stupid "long range" editions that look so tacticooled out

2020-04-08 04:57:05 UTC

i think my ruger is a super blackhawk stainless

2020-04-08 04:57:30 UTC

does that sound like the right name for a single action with like an 8" barrel

2020-04-08 04:58:04 UTC

i think that's probably right

2020-04-08 04:58:27 UTC

"black" in the name is SA. "red" in the name is DA

2020-04-08 05:10:53 UTC

oh! i found that pacific tool and gauge not only does detachable box mag replacement bottoms for the M77, but they do it also for the M70. and the M70 guns are sleeker and offer more variety for 300wm. i guess i'll get a Winchester M70 and then waste more money replacing the bottom
