Off of OIL CORPORATIONS

The output of a wind turbine depends on the turbine's size and the wind'sspeed through the rotor. An average onshore wind turbine with a capacity of 2.5–3 MW can produce more than 6 million kWh in a year – enough to supply 1,500 average EU households with electricity.

well green energy costs too much

2019-08-06 19:53:54 UTC

is it starting to make sense why everyone wants trump out?

2019-08-06 19:54:00 UTC

No it doesn't

2019-08-06 19:54:02 UTC

And if it does

2019-08-06 19:54:05 UTC

yeah it does

2019-08-06 19:54:08 UTC

It's still necessary

2019-08-06 19:54:19 UTC

The agreement was so we could slowly lower pollution

2019-08-06 19:54:24 UTC

Green energy costs too much for who?

2019-08-06 19:54:26 UTC

One turbine does not power a "single classroom". It powers 1500 households

2019-08-06 19:54:32 UTC

Instead of having to do something drastic in the future like ban transportation

2019-08-06 19:54:51 UTC

I'm pretty sure that's not some project the government undertakes

2019-08-06 19:55:14 UTC

It'd be a project that corporations would undertake

2019-08-06 19:55:20 UTC

You're wrong

2019-08-06 19:55:38 UTC

Obama implemented eco friendly toilet paper 😤

2019-08-06 19:55:41 UTC

No listen to my idea

2019-08-06 19:55:48 UTC

Trump changed it to taped 100 dollar bills

2019-08-06 19:55:57 UTC

Green energy is getting tons of investors. Why would they invest in stuff that's not profitable anyways? Sure there are some government incentives. Put even places like India are investing heavily in it for a reason

2019-08-06 19:56:15 UTC

look how rich india is

2019-08-06 19:56:22 UTC

The perfect solution to speed up the process towards switching to green energy

2019-08-06 19:56:39 UTC

They don't care about the environment all that much over there, and yet they are investing heavily into it because it makes economic sense

2019-08-06 19:56:43 UTC

Tax incentive

2019-08-06 19:57:06 UTC

The word all the wealthy ejaculate from

2019-08-06 19:57:14 UTC

well more taxes won't be good would it e.e

2019-08-06 19:57:31 UTC

It's not fair to compare india

2019-08-06 19:57:40 UTC

That's a vastly developing country

2019-08-06 19:57:44 UTC

Excuse me you still don't get it

2019-08-06 19:57:53 UTC

And to keep the deal it would cost so much money

2019-08-06 19:57:57 UTC

Instead of having to destroy old technology to implement new as we would have to, they can just pick and choose

2019-08-06 19:58:01 UTC

It's a blank slate country

2019-08-06 19:58:08 UTC

Increased taxes on oil companies and decrease taxes on green energy methods

2019-08-06 19:58:12 UTC

Sure, sure @Missy that does play a role I agree

2019-08-06 19:58:29 UTC

why the hell would oil companies get a tax

2019-08-06 19:58:44 UTC

Isn't that why they're getting Google self drive cars and those roads paved faster than us?

2019-08-06 19:58:55 UTC

Bevause we would have to get rid of preexisting roads

2019-08-06 19:58:56 UTC

However, the idea that green energy is not economically feasible isn't right - especially considering the advances in technology we've had

2019-08-06 19:58:57 UTC

that's going to put people out of a job
