And people who use the term problematic are not people you want in your group if you have any hope of keeping it functional
"problematic" in english means politicized stuff now
it is different elsewhere
20 years ago, "problematic" meant real problems
the word changed and now people get nervous when you use it
never heard of it
spoken english is widely varied within US/UK
