For some reason my muscles aren't functioning like it was prior to me getting back in shape. Before I was able to do pushups and pullups reasonably fine. However even after my muscle sores have been gone, I can't seem to do any at all. Be it my recent sickness or something else.
I don't feel sick right now, and my body muscles have rebuilt after the sores. But I feel much weaker than before.
Not sure if I should goto my doctor or just keep trying.
It's been more than a week since my sores were gone...and this has never happened to me before
