But is there precedent for that? Is it a normal thing to let private firms investigate things? If it is, then why the fuck do we have an FBI? If not, why the fuck was it permitted in this case? This isn't just simple incompetence.
not just any things
just stuff related to the people who run the governnent'
please, you think the FBI, NSA, CIA would investigate one of their own with any kind of competence? particularly if someone with direct influence over their funding was the target?
I'd expect them to at least pretend they're trying to be impartial and competent. At the very least have a fig leaf.
Letting a private firm do the investigation and not even hand over the evidence is basically giving the American public a mushroom stamp.
Guy claimed to be conservative as well.
Like what does he do for a living man?
unemployeed
"They said Michael — who reportedly quit his engineering course because he "couldn't hack the math" — didn't pay rent at their home in Camillus, New York.
Rotondo claims that he is too busy fighting over custody of his son to get a full-time job"
in other words he dropped out of college because "life is hard man", then his partner left him for being a dead beat and took their son, and he still doesn't have a job.

Does Steam have some sort of monthly fee to list games for sale there? Maybe that would be a solution to joke games and shovelware.
Because there's a lot of garbage on Steam that I don't think anybody is actually buying. There's some cost associated with Steam hosting the game, so if that was passed on to the developer it might be enough to delist games that are so crappy they can't make enough revenue to cover that cost.
If you cant refund shovelware with 2 hours refund policy is there any helping you ?
