neo liberalism isint an anti-market ideology its simply the manifestation of the inevitible centeralization of wealth during the earlier market system where the merits of your ability to accumulate wealth maintained your position within the market. those who became the barons of wealth in that market while challanged at first by the populous who recognized their position basicly gave them absolute power over the marketplace, quicly used the tactic of regulating the market to simply compramise on the size they would be able to exist at then use the regulatory system to maintain that position by narrowing the effective market size a competitor can exist at above what can be expected at entry level into any given industry
