governments are historically innefficent, and in a situation of minimalistic government they are thus very small. what happens is then you have yourself corporations which are historically more effecent than governments even when they are sloppy, annnnnd you have those corporations with nothing holding them back except each other which is just a matter of time before the biggest brain and the luckiest horse shoe unite, and then you have a bigger and more effiecent organization than the government with more money to basicly anyone else and enough money to get anything they want from that government because corporporations are people too
