So I've been wondering, how could the SC revert Roe v Wade? Who would bring a case to the SC to change it?
well, there would have to be a case that gets appealed that far tbh.
I am not sure there will be though.
"democrats are the party of crime"
From who? A father that doesn't want a woman to have an abortion?
Likely it's to be persons vs. States who enact laws restricting it
Eliminating roe v wade simply means each state can decide its own abortion laws.
Can't they do that at the moment? The SC can't just decide the a decision no longer applies can they?
afaik technically it can be overruled if it get before the SC again but not just on a whim
at least that's what I heard..i'm far from educated on US justice system
yes.
They have to have an actual case to decide come to them before overruling Roe vs Wade
@Joe_Limon The courts can also rule in the opposite direction that there's a right to life, at least in so far as they can't intentionally terminate it.
It's true they can reverse it, just look back at separate but equal which was later reversed as not being true. To bring it before the courts however for such a judgment you need to argue either that the supreme court hadn't considered a particular argument or couldn't conceive of it being used in "x" way.
Jews have very high IQ I am a jew and I am at 180
oh shit 190
yeah, 190kg you fat cellar kid
190iq jew you say
IQ is like penis size. Its not the number that counts but what you do with it.
Especially since you messed up and said 180 first
190 IQ would put one in the top 0.0000001973%
If I haven't missed a decimal point there are ~15 people alive today with that IQ
Occam's Razor would suggest that such people would have better shit to do that shitpost on discord.
My IQ is 250
oh NVM thats my weight
Lol same
you can buff IQ score with practice, academics deny it but multiple people who went for highest IQ score admitted to spending time practicing for it lol
i forget his name but the one guy who held it for awhile, who ended up a comedy writer talked about doing that
that said yeah he was atleast 150+ naturally but still
I'd say it depends how many you've done. I was tested when I was young and didn't know what was going on. I wasn't told my score. I was tested again in high school and understood the questions a lot more. If I was told I was going to have another I think I could train for it, but you'd reach a point where it does come down to your smarts rather than knowing how the test works.
you can brush up with logic puzzles but thats not going to affect it hugely
thats just practicing the thought process and pattern recognition.
When I had my second I was given a puzzle. It was the first time I'd seen such a thing. If I was given the same type of puzzle today I think I'd do it in half the time. I don't think I've got much smarter since those days but if I had played with one before my score would of been higher.
When I was a baby I was left unattended on a change table and fell and hit my head. My parents never told me until I had finished university lol

Welp
I kinda know why Jordan Peterson is saying he wants Bret to resign
In defense of Jordan Peterson....
He’s kinda trying to say that the power dynamic is going to drastically change in the long run back to the Democrats
The reason why he saying this probably because he wants the long term goal of endurance and wanting the whole moral and social panic to die out over the years to the point of non relevancy and then the right can step in.
This whole issue of Kavanaugh is going to enrage the Democrats and make them wanna weaponized even more so I get what he’s trying to say, just wanting to lower the Democrats defenses overtime
and he's kinda correctish
