In reference to Count Dankula and how this weird legal attack happens in Scotland, its really about those in power having potlitcal agendas and ignoring the humour. Many people in Scotland have a dark sense of humour. It can be pretty brutal and gallows style. This legal action really only represents a minority. Most people wouldn't care. I've seen and heard way worse in conversation in Scotland.
