this is a massive lawsuit and i assume damore and friends can't offord to pay the lawyers upfront
which means his lawyers are confident they can either settle for a large amount or actually complete the trial
either way google is being investigated which means the state might prosecute them and take them to court aswel

if anyrhing in that lawsuit is even remotely (provable) true there is no chance in hell that he loses that case.

I am in the middle of having the exact argument in the recent video about how Trump (allegedly) calling countries shitholes is somehow racist. People are so blinded by emotion that simple facts elude them. Very sad.
