I think Cathy Newman did a great job at representing her sides points, the points themselves dont come out well I think because criticisms towards JP are usually horribly thought out, she was a good sport in the end and (hopefully, as public debate should do) shifted some opinion away from the whole anti-trans nonsense

most of what she said is pretty much exactly the sort of trash thrown in Petersons direction constantly, and it was an outlet for him to demolish pretty much every single one of them made. even if what she did was wrong by metrics such as that, she's done everyone a service by correctly giving him those openings to sink his teeth into
