either that, or the deers are major trolls and keep moving at the exact wrong time so that they take an arrow in a non-lethal spot, then run away before they can be killed
i mean, at least the 2 in that picture look like shots that just missed their targeted vital, then the deer probably took off before they could be killed

You really need to know what you're doing to use a bow when hunting. I did archery in college and I don't feel confident enough to hunt with a bow. Then again, we used recurve and not compound bows
I dislike compound bows. Much prefer recurve.
I haven't shot compound, but I did enjoy recurve, it meditative to go shooting
it is. same with going to the range. At least with a long rifle for me anyway
bows are more fun in that they are not nearly as loud
