i think men need to take back this "mansplaining" term... just basically whenever you are talking to someone and are about to use the word "explain" just use mansplain instead... l"let me mansplain"

in a few years it will be "sexist" .. like "policeman" etc

I think men need to claim "Femsplain" instead, where they then belittle the people who care by pretending to lower themselves to their standards :P

If they find it sexist, you then cure the whole point of <gender>splaining

you will not get it to be synonymous with explain because the only people using it now are stupid idiots and reasonable people will not use it because they don't want to look like a stupid idiot

every single time i've seen it in a tweet (which is the only place i've seen it outside of buzzfeed or the like) it was used by someone who i would not want to interact with on any level

hence the belittling,
Rationality doesn't work on people who actually use Mansplaining unironically
