correct me if i am wrong, but at the start he said there is 3 parts to this trial. 3 groups because there are so many people on trail. Because the results could, i assume, make people bias in the following trails, you cannot report on the verdicts (according to tommy in the other video). Watching this here, he is about to report the results of this trail. he said he knows its over, and that he is just waiting for the verdicts. If the same thing that covers the first trail covers the second, then technically they are not wrong that he is breaking the law, or about to attempt to. Still seems ridiculous, but if the ruling over the first part of the trail applies to all parts of the trail, then he KNEW this was probably coming, and then their claim he was breaching the peace wouldn't be wrong. Because he would be trying to start shit, and cause problems.

now, i don't know the UK, but in the US we do trail by jury and the jury is supposed to be unbais. Should they be forced to split up a trial into several parts because of the number of people, then reporting on the results before all people have their trail, could turn any and all jury's bias, which would end up denying peoples rights to a fair trail, and result, most likely, in everyone else left to be tried getting off on a mistrial

when I was on jury duty for isleworth court we were told we were not allowed to view any social media or anything or talk about it outisde the court

since part of the trail isn't happening until September, you'd basically need to jail the jury if the media was allowed to report on it

i think there is a slight difference between not being allowed to report it ever, and needing to wait until all results are in
