He was shot because of the gun he had, not the music. It sounds like he was ordered to drop the weapon, but instead closed the door, which is when the cop opened fire.
So if I post a meme about immigrants, and someone in the UK shares it, do they have to pay copyright tax before or after the police take them to jail?
The moral of the story is don’t pull a gun on cops.
It is pretty sketchy cuz if he was at his apt/house and closed the door the cop shouldn't have shot but also we're not in the court room and aren't privvy to all the information just whatever fox news wants to share.
