i have enough of a problem at my work. When leaders doesn't listen to the boots on the ground, it always ends up poorly for the boots on the ground. and politicians NEVER listen.

people are better at making healthcare choices about themselves then some goverment system plus any cogs in the system (i.e. doctors that jsut dont care because they hate the system just as much)
