@wacka they are already developed, usually, for starters, second you need to have testosterone producing glands removed (i.e. your balls) to lower your testosterone production (the part that gives advantages) and even then you might still end up with just a naturally higher testosterone amount than a woman.

Why do you think athletes are tested in the off season? It not like taking Speed so you can run faster. It's about being able to train harder and recover faster.

technically any female to male trans person is doping by most sports rules, yet male to female are not.

but while the female to male basically needs to dope to compete, the male to female gets the effects of doping without getting punished
