its my passion verses my morals in that case

and i always fermly believe that i use my brain to get where my heart wants me to go, with open eyes and ears ofcourse

I don't think most people would say it's right, but I think most people would have thoughts about doing it anyway. And in this day and age they would talk themselves out of it

so i might be wrong, but i think in that situation my heart would ache so much it would override my brains

UK has a social justice system, not a justice system

its always a question if its justice, as the appropriate punishment from the victims (relatives) perspective is not the best long term solution for the state

Thats half my point. I wouldn't kill someone if they robbed me but I would kill someone if raped the right person same aas I would if they killed the right person.

like, its pretty clear that long prison sentences without counceling etc etc dont work well for the perp, it tends not to reform him, where shorter heavily guided sentences do

but those are not just in the eyes of the victims

the states job is to walk that line between justice and fixing behavior of the perp

a great example of this is america, where punishmetns for minor crimes are very high if you are a repeat offender, where you just learn to be an even bigger criminal in prison

on the other hand, minor sentences in scandinavia for muslim rapists/murderers because they dont know any better (its illegal in their countries too, oftern with death sentences, but everyone seems to forget that) makes people so bitter it will breed resentment and then the european race war will start
