I would say that dude shot himself because by going for the gun he would either be shot or tasered either way resulting in the same outcome.

2018-07-07 10:03:25 UTC

he got himself shot thats for sure,

The cop said on multiple occassions he should get on the floor

2018-07-07 10:09:43 UTC

@Lucian the zap from the tazer set the bullets off, I assume they all went off in the clip, and the one in the chamber was the only bullet that left the gun and shot him

2018-07-07 10:11:33 UTC

Is it even possible to fire off bullets from the zap of a taser?

2018-07-07 10:11:51 UTC

why are statements of twitter officials so confusing?:

2018-07-07 10:12:01 UTC

I think it is the reflex action from the taser that causes him to press the trigger

2018-07-07 10:13:06 UTC

that's what I thought

2018-07-07 10:13:40 UTC

I'm an electrician and I'd need a long hard think to answer that, so an assumption of possibility is probably okay

2018-07-07 10:14:49 UTC

It looks like he only got shot once by the red spray coming from him, and the cops weren't too worried about bullets bouncing around randomly

2018-07-07 10:15:13 UTC

what year is this even from, such bad quality

2018-07-07 10:15:57 UTC

Idk, it's from Facebook, there are no facts on Facebook

2018-07-07 10:16:42 UTC

i'm not 100% sure if he's holding the gun but by the way he's holding the hand before falling down seems like he's got it in hand

2018-07-07 10:17:06 UTC

9.9 million potentially spammy or automated accounts per week."

2018-07-07 10:17:39 UTC

but then its said: that many of the accounts rarely tweeted

2018-07-07 10:17:43 UTC

???

2018-07-07 10:18:28 UTC

Closer look, the cop drops the tazer and pulls his gun, half those shots are the cops

2018-07-07 10:19:56 UTC

Maybe those rarely tweeted accounts are the automated ones?

2018-07-07 10:20:28 UTC

i had twitter account that i used for 5 minutes and was parked for 7 years..

2018-07-07 10:21:05 UTC

i think there are millions who made accounts many year ago to try out twitter and never came back

2018-07-07 10:21:31 UTC

The other cops might have shot him after the initial shot and not the one that is holding the taser

2018-07-07 10:21:57 UTC

He reached, man.

2018-07-07 10:22:32 UTC

=[

2018-07-07 10:22:44 UTC

I don't think cops are saint by all means, but I have 0 sympathy for someone who reaches for a gun after 1 min stand off with cops refusing to cooperate

2018-07-07 10:23:07 UTC

Sadly, too many people are stupid like that

2018-07-07 10:23:14 UTC

Nah the cop with the tazer definitely drops it, and at least 2 gun sounds match his gun kicking

2018-07-07 10:23:34 UTC

Not sure why he didn't want to kneel though

2018-07-07 10:25:00 UTC

Maybe he's from beyond the wall?

2018-07-07 10:25:19 UTC

There should be a 30 second law. Do what the cop says in 30 seconds or you get shot.
Figure out whats right and wrong after the fact

2018-07-07 10:26:12 UTC

More emphases on body cam, less arguing and BS

2018-07-07 10:26:48 UTC

It would soon rid the corrupt cops

2018-07-07 10:27:21 UTC

well a timer would be too extreme,

But I do agree something should be done to protect cops when something like this happens, when some dude obstructs
And yes, more cameras, better for all involved

2018-07-07 10:27:25 UTC

The 30 second law is not a good idea tho

2018-07-07 10:27:53 UTC

Yea..also media making poc extremely paranoid about cops doesn't help as well

2018-07-07 10:28:02 UTC

15 seconds it is then

2018-07-07 10:28:18 UTC

heh

2018-07-07 10:28:18 UTC

If they -only- ever talk about cops doing bad stuff when it concerns POC it makes them paranoid.

2018-07-07 10:29:48 UTC

well, same is reverse, when media talks about cops getting shot by unruly colorlings, cops get ichy trigger fingers

2018-07-07 10:30:02 UTC

or the reverse, cops won't do anything for fear of being deemed a criminal in the court of public opinion

2018-07-07 10:30:14 UTC

yea

2018-07-07 10:30:25 UTC

If every cop was forced to record everything, and all recording was made public, nobody would ever have a reason to not follow orders
