You can decide your government is no longer legitimate. Its whether or not you do anything about it that makes it reality. Saying it does nothing if there are no actions to back it up. It is in that way notmypresident is illegitimate. It's just baseless rabble rousing.

@Andrules the two SARs are former European colonies that when returned to China were granted a special status as separate in almost every way except national defense. HK was British, Macau was Portuguese.
Macau is like those James Bond casinos where people have a $1 million buy-in for a poker game. But a whole city of it.
An Autonomous Region is also a special thing under the law, where a dominant ethnic minority has resided for a long time and so a percentage of government positions in the province are reserved for them, including the chairman, which is basically the governor.
