"He's a bit of a nut, but my taxes are going down, and I appreciate what he did with Korea. We really should do something about the border, maybe not a wall, but definitely more than what we got."

That
Is actually what many of my friends and I think word for word
It wasn’t until 2016 that federal regulators began investigating how oil and gas was still leaking from the site. That same year, Taylor Energy sued the federal government over the remaining $432 million from a $666 million trust, which the company was required to create to pay for the leak response. Taylor Energy argued that its response worked and that the remaining funds should be returned.
Company's greed actually sparked an investigation and revealed the economic disaster
Another terrorist attack by the religion by the peace on Jewish individual happened. I guarantee this won't make it into Don Lemon's skewed statistics...
Also, can you guess the tags on this article? If you guessed Terrorism, Anti-semitism or anything obvious, you're wrong. If you guessed "Acting" (I.e., something that has nothing to do with the article), you're an Enlightened Progressive. The Hill's tagging is probably an honest mistake but the MSM have made so many deliberate mistakes I wouldn't put it past them to be like "Omg, we can't have "bigots" compiling and categorizing our reporting to figure out who commits the most terrorist attacks. We can't be promoters of hate speech. Let's change the tags to something meaningless so things are harder for them to find. Ermehgad!" https://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/418238-video-shows-driver-repeatedly-trying-to-run-down-jews-walking

"You said your policy at the border was the same as the Obama administration's. It wasn't," the reporter.
"Obama had a separation policy," Trump replied. "We all had the same policy."
"Sir, it was different - you decided to prosecute everyone at the border," the reporter responded.
```
I haven't really looked into the differences between Obama's and Trump's border policies, but regardless, this reporter seems to have forgotten one critical thing. Trump is prosecuting everyone ***illegally crossing*** the border, not everyone at the border. If that were the case, people just driving through the normal border crossings would have been prosecuted. Entering the country illegally, however, is actually a federal crime and is ***actually worth prosecuting over***.
So, the Russia thing has turned into a nothing burger by now?
Ukraine is playing nice and we are going back to business as usual?
WW3 averted, I suppose.
Good thing we didn't send in our naval fleet.
😃
The Russia thing wasn't that much of a thing from the start
Vessel arrests did happen earlier in the autumn (or even in August (or even earlier than that))
The only difference this time around is that the border security says Ukrainian ship didn't respond to communication, so they did what border security does
There's still that same legal argument over borders that's been there since 2014, but you can get why they're so touchy about Kerch in particular, as the bridge is there
The massive amount of coverage of this particular incident sure is surprising though, as is the martial law
our government is blaming Trump for our favorite racists rhetoric
see how much wrong you can spot in this Picture
Lmao what
I try copyibg an article link and i get that
Russia started earlier this month to harass foreign and Ukrainian vessels in the Asovian Sea. They searched them and held them in customs procedure for up to 3 days. Which is not illegal per se (only an asshole move), but Ukraine actively claims Crimea and it happened in Crimean ports, sooo.... Ukraine started to intern Russian fishing vessels sailing in ports and waters the Ukraine claims without Ukrainian approval. In retaliation Russia did the same vice versa.
In response Ukraine beefed up its military capabilities in the ports it controls at the Asovian Sea. Which now was forcefully prevented by Russia. And here we are today. Russia now probably tries to annex the sea and subsequently the Ukrainian ports there. Hence why Ukraine went to red alert.
The Russian version goes differently, of course. They claim its all an international plot to justify new sanctions against mother Russia. Everything Russia did was legal, they claim.
Russian naval power is not really a concern to the west, but Russian land power is pretty overwhelming to the Ukrainians. They're fucked if the Russians decide to invade. They don't have the manpower, equipment, or training to hold off the Russians for long, and I don't think there's any political will in the west to intervene. The Euros aren't going to want to get their natural gas cut off in winter (putting aside the fact that they can't do jack shit against Russia anyway), and Trump sure as hell doesn't want to start a war with Russia over some far-flung impoverished territory that he probably can't point to on a map.
There's no profit in it.
I really hate Russia right now.
Lol
When Russia inevitably collapses from its shit economy, I can’t wait to see all the neighbors it has fucked over move in to retake territory stolen from them like scavengers to a carcass.
“ Manafort held secret talks with Assange in Ecuadorian embassy, sources say”
By Luke Harding and Dan Collyns
The Guardian claims that Manafort met three times with Assange in London for unknown reasons. They attempt to link it to the DNC leaks. Wikileaks denies this. It’s important to note that Wikileaks has an impeccable reputation for honesty as a publisher. The Guardian does not. They also used an anonymous source, so these claims should be met with skepticism.
