You can tax transfer payments to Mexico at 10% which should give over 2 billion dollars per year but if you wait until you get the money you leave too big of a window between when the building is official and when it's actually made. 1. The Steele Dossier credibility is complete reliant on Cohen traveling to Prague. Without this event, it’s dead in the water.
2. Cohen gave Buzzfeed his passport and the only time he was even in Europe ( Italy) was in early July 8 to the 17. The McClatchy article using anonymous sources claims Cohen’s cell pinged a tower in Prague in late August early September.
This clearly debunks the claims of McClatchy’s sources.
