2018-07-14 03:52:53 UTC

no lives matter

2018-07-14 03:53:02 UTC

we all gonna die in the end

2018-07-14 03:53:22 UTC

only guarantees in life are death and taxes

2018-07-14 03:53:54 UTC

Trasnhumanist Lives Matter. I want to live forever.

2018-07-14 03:55:45 UTC

Maybe we need the Borg collective

2018-07-14 03:55:46 UTC

lel

2018-07-14 03:55:55 UTC

commies get what they want

2018-07-14 03:56:04 UTC

oh wait everyone still suffers

2018-07-14 10:55:59 UTC

so what you're saying is, Trans Lives Matter?

2018-07-14 11:31:30 UTC

We really need "the customer is always right" motto back.

2018-07-14 11:31:50 UTC

Even when they are not always right, the first reaction should always be polite

2018-07-14 11:34:00 UTC

But these people in the comments, man. Apparently providing feedback for methods that you, as the player, would help achieve the goal the developer set forth is "harassment".

2018-07-14 11:34:34 UTC

These people need to get fucking jobs because at my job, that's called VOICE OF THE FUCKING CUSTOMER and is VERY important

2018-07-14 11:35:11 UTC

tl:Dr?

2018-07-14 11:35:45 UTC

Fuck. Spell check.

2018-07-14 11:36:12 UTC

You aware of the whole thing?

2018-07-14 11:36:33 UTC

The GW2 thing

2018-07-14 11:36:35 UTC

No. I'm not a gamer.

2018-07-14 11:36:57 UTC

Tim did a video on it on one of this channels

2018-07-14 11:37:23 UTC

I will have to watch it. I usually skip those vids.

2018-07-14 11:39:47 UTC

Basically a developer on guild wars 2 did a reddit Thread. Haven't seen the thread, apparently it was not the best for optics but not terrible. So then a streamer who is partnered with GW2's studio Twitter at her something like "hey, good thread, but slight disagreement <polite opinion about what he feels would help him as a player match up with something the dev found difficult to implement> either way, great thread"

2018-07-14 11:40:25 UTC

And she responded by telling him to fuck off and stop trying to tell her, a wahmen, how to do her job

2018-07-14 11:41:17 UTC

And he was like "I was just trying to start a conversation between you, the developer, and me the customer, to make ends meet. I'm sorry if I offended you. I'll stop talking now"

2018-07-14 11:41:44 UTC

And she just went off on him and gaming as a whole with "oh how difficult it is for wahmen in game development"

2018-07-14 11:42:02 UTC

The developer of GW2 fired her immediately

2018-07-14 11:42:31 UTC

And some other guy who defended her politely ish.

2018-07-14 11:42:34 UTC

I believe it was a twitter chain of replies, but essentially the same thing

2018-07-14 11:42:39 UTC

Idk why he got canned

2018-07-14 11:43:03 UTC

Yes, this was all on Twitter, but I believe the conversation started on Reddit.

2018-07-14 11:43:15 UTC

What he was replying to, idk.

2018-07-14 11:46:58 UTC

Okay, looking it up, she mentioned talking about this stuff on Reddit, then did a Twitter thread on it, and they guy replied to that thread

2018-07-14 11:47:02 UTC

I'm glad I am not on Twitter then. lol

2018-07-14 11:47:27 UTC

I stopped using Facebook the moment I left high school and never got a twitter

2018-07-14 11:49:52 UTC

There is the start

2018-07-14 11:50:02 UTC

Well, at least the guys response
