Look at the fucking left!

2018-11-27 17:57:18 UTC

look at the shit they have been pulling and you tell me this won't end up in the mud too?

2018-11-27 17:57:57 UTC

when you have an option to avoid the mud that doesn't require fucking even more with the free market or doubling down on the already broken system.

Mah #FREEMARKET

2018-11-27 17:58:58 UTC

What about my idea that all incorporated entities must have a designated chief human resources officer with authority over hiring and that person is personally criminally responsible for systematic hiring of illegals? Kinda like Sarbanes-Oxley did for fraudulent accounting.

2018-11-27 17:59:22 UTC

but MUH CORRUPTION

2018-11-27 17:59:22 UTC

Non incorporated entities already have a human in the loop.

2018-11-27 17:59:31 UTC

BUT MAH FREEMARKET!

2018-11-27 17:59:55 UTC

its an idea, i don't know if it would work anymore than it already does

2018-11-27 18:00:05 UTC

That is free market. Free market includes human beings responsible for known illegal behavior.

2018-11-27 18:00:39 UTC

A free market incorporates punishment for murder just fine.

2018-11-27 18:01:44 UTC

its better than suing the company into the ground like these two want to.

2018-11-27 18:02:38 UTC

@DrYuriMom do you have any research on how effect that act was? out of curiosity?

2018-11-27 18:02:52 UTC

because if people do illegal things, we shouldn't punish them. Ya, right

2018-11-27 18:03:03 UTC

2018-11-27 18:03:11 UTC

that guy murdered someone? But he's so good for the economy

2018-11-27 18:03:15 UTC

let him free

2018-11-27 18:03:16 UTC

Corporations are not people and should never be people.

2018-11-27 18:03:25 UTC

Corporations are people

2018-11-27 18:03:31 UTC

fining a company is not fining the head guy

2018-11-27 18:03:44 UTC

he usually goes free unless he really fucked up

2018-11-27 18:03:46 UTC

I am on my phone so I'm not in a position to provide data on Sarbanes-Oxley.

2018-11-27 18:03:53 UTC

thats fine

2018-11-27 18:04:15 UTC

if data suggests it worked, then thats a viable alternative.

2018-11-27 18:04:43 UTC

Also human being choose to prosecute or not. I think sarbanes-oxley was not well implemented.

2018-11-27 18:05:35 UTC

not many government stuff is.

2018-11-27 18:06:14 UTC

@.B corporations are people because some smartass thought that was a good idea so now they can spend ungodly amounts of money on our election but its "free speech".

2018-11-27 18:06:53 UTC

corporations being people is somewhat necessary, though

2018-11-27 18:07:06 UTC

Corporations being a government appointed entity fwiw

2018-11-27 18:07:07 UTC

I don't disagree on companies being able to put money in politics

2018-11-27 18:07:22 UTC

the only problem is the government being too big

2018-11-27 18:07:27 UTC

if the corporation wasn't a person, then any liability could fall directly on the owner

2018-11-27 18:07:36 UTC

if it wasn't, they would have nothing to "buy"

2018-11-27 18:08:24 UTC

also, Unions put way more money to buy the government than businesses

2018-11-27 18:08:25 UTC

instead of going out of business, a person could be sued and lose everything. At some point a corporation becomes too large and makes the people running it untouchable, though.

2018-11-27 18:08:25 UTC

it needs to be an entity of some kind, but rather than fix the existing problem with definition of a person, we just said "lets make them basically a person"

2018-11-27 18:09:20 UTC

which then calls into question like: can i take my business papers in the HOV lane with me.

2018-11-27 18:09:30 UTC

that's something I always wonder about... We have all these problems that just about everyone agrees were caused by government, but people's solutions always involve giving more power to the government

2018-11-27 18:09:31 UTC

can they spend money under free speech on elections

2018-11-27 18:10:02 UTC

inb4 "but mah freemarket"
