the problem the diversity crowd has is that it is blatantly hateful... and no one likes blatantly hateful movements... so while they can hide behind their buzzwords, that will become harder and harder... and once the reach a certain point it will fall down.

Their strategy is based on critical theory. That means they rely on having a very vocal minority, and struggle session-esque mob justice. The problem is that no matter how smart some of them will be that there will always be idiots who join their side who will not be able to keep up the levels of optics needed to hide their hate
If you can pick up enough people as you push the old people out, it's still sustainable.
