It also says right before that "Some countries and jurisdictions have explicit bans on Sharia law", but it doesn't enumerate them

Arizona, Kansas, Louisiana, South Dakota, Tennessee, North Carolina, Alabama, and Texas have passed foreign law bans, and all but 16 states have considered similar laws

It should go without saying that foreign law shouldn't be accepted

Apparently Oklahoma had one but it was overturned by a federal judge as "unconstitutional" in 2010 and the ruling was upheld by the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2012

And Missouri would have had one but the governor vetoed it in 2013 because of "its potential impact on international adoptions"
