As far as Hindu's are concerned
Aryans in India took power over people they found there "Dravidians"
But European people lived in so called "volkisch" societies which effectivelly means tribal
They also had slaves but not that much and used them pretty much for household and some agrarian tasks
In other words there was no large civilization based on slave labor in Europe, probably thanks to the abundance of resources
