Genetics is such a small, very small impact on us today, it really doesn't matter anymore.

Humans still have genes and those genes still evolve as a result of human behavior. It doesn't matter how socially complex that behavior is, it still impacts our genes.

Those different are not noticeable at all, has no impact on standard of living, and doesn't effect ability to succeed in society..
