received order after a month, box came damaged, unsealed, audio quality and battery life is shit, talked to the seller and he just told me it was not a big deal and called me paranoid
opened dispute for full refund, seller offered $2 coupon or return and refund. I didn't accept
today ali answers with that e-mail.

it's kind of weird because I started by opening a dispute for return and refund, ali offered a new solution (just refund) and now the seller has just accepted the buyer's proposal (probably refund and return which is what it appears on the app) and it's on awaiting shipment return right now

I'm not going to send back the items because the shipping costs will be huge
