The wave of drug addiction that's sweeping the western world has very little to do with a 'degeneration' of 'societal values' but is rooted in very specific causes with very specific players. We have medical institutions that allow people to suffer chronic pain and do nothing to help them solve the issue, and in many cases, are prompted by pharmaceutical companies to prescribe dangerous opioids which only make the situation worse. Instead of dealing with the smaller issue, the entrepreneuring spirit of the people who fill in these gaps between supply and demand, deal with the source of the problem, the behaviors of predatory pharma companies.

As for drug use more broadly, why waste the effort? Drugs are fun. Drugs are useful. They play a fascinating role in shaping both group dynamics and pushing past the boundaries of the normal. Hell, even Evola did his share of psychs. The only thing that broadly opposing the use of drugs does is help enforce a regime of physical and psychological normalcy that only benefits a neoliberal, globalist order which seeks to impose universality by force.

If people fuck themselves up on drugs, they've only got themselves to blame. But why should the fear that the weak might damage themselves prevent exceptional individuals from pushing boundaries?
