What is his main case? Every case that has pertained to the legality of the voting system (be it from Dominion to MIB) has been thrown out. Technicality cases have been kept (that’s the TWO that have been filed). It’s over. PA and WI and GA have certified their results, Trump has no path to victory that is through legal means.

One thing I respect about constitutionalists is they are non partisan. Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Robert’s dissent in the name of the Constitution, as the Constitution has no legal parameters for any further legal action. Anything Trump is going to try and do will be frivolous inthe Constitution’s eyes. Now, if what you said was your POV, and the Republican Justices would just vote alongside Trump, against their sworn oath to defend the Constitution, that’s something different.
