Also Revan what you said about America not having a strong racial heritage... The 1790 and 1921 immigration acts explicitly defined America as an outpost as Europe.

The former specified that immigrants were to be White men of good moral character, and the latter that all immigration should reflect the current European demographics of the nation.

It was not until the disasterous Hart-Celler act that this was undone, and even then, at the time White people were assured the demographic balance of the state would not change as a result.
