Ok

2020-11-13 05:23:42 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

I accept pull requests ๐Ÿ˜

2020-11-13 19:57:43 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

There should be no closed source software anywhere near elections.

2020-11-13 19:58:52 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Indeed, and it may not even intentionally do y

2020-11-13 20:13:37 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Good lord. It could have been a freaking hotspot

2020-11-13 20:13:43 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

didn't have to be wifi

2020-11-13 20:14:04 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

I can almost guarantee there was a phone with hotspot capabilities in the vicinity

2020-11-13 23:32:21 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Wisconsin Elections Commission admits to breaking Wisconsin Election Law.

2020-11-13 23:32:53 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

@RobertGrulerEsq Is this a correct interpretation of the law? Have you seen this?

2020-11-13 23:45:33 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Wait. It says "may not be counted". Does it need to say "shall not be counted"?

2020-11-13 23:52:15 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

I see. This is the law in case your interested in it. I'm looking over for guidance. https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/6/IV/87

2020-11-14 00:44:50 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Don't need to. Just need enough to convince the state legislature.

2020-11-14 00:45:30 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

You can count on them to do what's popular in their state

2020-11-14 01:07:56 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Maybe, maybe not.

2020-11-14 01:09:22 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Depends on what's shown in court. If it's just shy of rising to the level of a court injunction, it might just be that the state legislatures find it convincing enough to appoint different delegates

2020-11-14 01:15:05 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

I don't see too many of these guys getting thrown out for distrusting the counts in the Cities. Hell, it'd probably secure their future victory.

2020-11-14 01:53:17 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

why no pres runoff in GA?

2020-11-14 01:54:06 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

ah

2020-11-14 02:37:24 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

This whole thing could have been avoided with ranked choice

2020-11-14 04:54:28 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Hmm, ruined my day. Here's some levity ๐Ÿ˜„

https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/771201221145919499/777033692307652628/125324725_10100353255864900_5964315036847897298_o.png

2020-11-14 21:38:21 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

No. Were saying that the controls that are there weren't applied. That's what the statistical evidence shows when looking at ballot rejection rates and extremely high # of single vote ballots specifically in swing states that went for one candidate, but not in the states that went for the other

2020-11-14 21:40:09 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

No it won't. Statistical evidence doesn't work to prove voter fraud.

2020-11-14 21:40:53 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Sure. Doesn't mean we actually had a fair election

2020-11-14 21:41:26 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

It just means we couldn't rise to the burden of proof

2020-11-14 21:42:41 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

It means that it's likely we didn't have a fair election. Not proof. Likely.

2020-11-14 21:43:03 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

You get enough of those and bye bye republic

2020-11-14 21:44:47 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

1.5 people ago we almost broke apart

2020-11-14 21:46:02 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Literally over this exact issue

2020-11-15 02:54:17 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

https://thetexan.news/biden-campaign-operative-texas-state-senator-accused-of-mail-in-ballot-fraud/

2020-11-15 03:14:27 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

@realz is that the quote you're talking about?

2020-11-15 03:31:29 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

I thought dominions machines could change ballots

2020-11-15 03:31:38 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Literally Mark them

2020-11-15 05:26:26 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

I don't want Trump to win. I want elections fixed/political disentanglement with those who don't

2020-11-15 06:02:22 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

> What do you mean by 'disentanglement'? Separate governments?
@Zuluzeit
No. Our votes should be separately counted and limited to the size of our county. Something like this would suffice. https://twitter.com/DrSammyD/status/1325969132844535808?s=19

2020-11-15 06:17:34 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Depends on if you think the popular vote means "those who voted" or "how people would vote if it were mandatory"

2020-11-15 06:20:13 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Then yes, it contravenes the count of those who choose to vote in favor of those who do vote representing their neighbors who can't or won't

2020-11-15 06:23:41 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

The census is every 10 years. That rebalances

2020-11-15 06:25:50 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

I'd be fine with abolishing the electoral college in favor of this

2020-11-15 06:26:13 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

That could be the trade

2020-11-15 06:26:50 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Straight popular vote disproportionately represents more dense population

2020-11-15 06:27:46 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

And makes Sybil attacks much easier

2020-11-15 06:28:40 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

No. Cities have closer voting locations, better public transport, better get out the vote campaigns

2020-11-15 06:30:39 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Fine, if you don't want to compromise because of fair points I just brought up, we're keeping the EC

2020-11-15 06:36:10 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

It's not gerrymandering. You apportion the vote based on how the county split

2020-11-15 06:37:23 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

There's actually another version where you give away ๐Ÿ’ฏ of the county instead of apportion it, and it goes for Biden

2020-11-15 06:37:35 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

I'd be fine with that too

2020-11-15 06:38:08 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

But I was trying to approximate popular vote not make more EC

2020-11-15 06:44:35 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

The people responsible for ensuring that your vote is not diluted (poll workers) should be directly accountable to you. popular vote allows people in San Francisco to dilute your vote if you're a New Yorker.

2020-11-15 06:51:07 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

We'll, it should apply to all state wide elections

2020-11-15 06:58:44 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Yeah, you should probably switch to ranked choice ๐Ÿ˜„

2020-11-15 18:39:24 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Just an update on the status of the Shiva theory. https://youtu.be/aokNwKx7gM8

2020-11-15 18:41:21 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Confirms what we thought. The existence of the slope doesn't matter.

Especially with how many slopes we found here. https://bitcadia.github.io/DownBallot/index.html

2020-11-15 22:38:18 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

> Question would be if the law provides any guidance on the discretionary part
@RobertGrulerEsq
I may have found the guidance

https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/771201221145919499/777663802635321374/Screenshot_20201115-143543.png

2020-11-16 00:10:30 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

Wisconsin.

2020-11-16 01:10:51 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

@meglide Don't get me wrong, I still think Mish has way too few independents voting Trump purely because of the MN, IL, and WI results, which I found due to this type of analysis, so it bore fruit. But yeah, the pure "slope" analysis is bunk. Every state we looked at had a down slope for both candidates (except MN).

2020-11-16 06:11:22 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

... Shit. My model didn't account for house races smaller than a county and wasn't accumulating.

2020-11-16 06:18:04 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

OK. Fixed

2020-11-16 06:40:27 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

LOL

2020-11-16 06:41:14 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

I mean... It make NC mecklenburg looks way worse!

2020-11-16 07:26:04 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

I mean, if your culture is producing and seriously threatened by these people, perhaps your culture isn't worth saving...

> I know I hadn't seen one of those since the books I remember them having in my elementary school library with the iSpy books. I was like theres no way that works on a phone screen, it does !
@evildood89
I got so good at those as a kid I could just adjust my eyes by looking through the image to see the pattern

2020-11-16 20:15:45 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

So are their ballots

2020-11-16 22:08:22 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

@SPEARS Look into coin-join and then tell me that it's not anonymous

2020-11-16 22:08:53 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

/ can't be made anonymous by a sophisticated user

2020-11-16 22:24:37 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

That it is anonymous is the issue. There's a reason Monaro failed to launch

2020-11-16 22:28:37 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I mean, if you use anonymous crypto, you're just in a bigger coin-join pool

2020-11-16 22:29:22 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Which is why they made Monaro illegal real quick

2020-11-16 22:29:34 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

for exchanges

2020-11-16 22:29:40 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Yep

2020-11-16 22:31:24 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I could have sworn I got an email from Bittrex about it.

2020-11-16 22:31:56 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Like, because of regulatory issues.

2020-11-16 22:32:15 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

So, practically illegal if not explicitly

2020-11-16 22:33:26 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

lol, yep. MSB is not the way to go.

2020-11-16 22:33:47 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Unless you accept a 5% chance of going to prison

2020-11-16 22:34:22 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

A regular Roger Ver

2020-11-16 22:34:36 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

lol

2020-11-16 22:36:10 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I've been trying to create a parallel judicial system on top of Bitcoin.

2020-11-16 22:37:01 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

It would govern things like magic the gathering rules and game types inside of multiplayer games like Halo.

2020-11-16 22:37:05 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

lol

2020-11-16 22:37:36 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I'm not an ancap. I'm a machiavellian

2020-11-16 22:39:37 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

A cross between Cody Wilson and Mises, minus the Rothbard.

2020-11-16 22:41:36 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Yeah... Just get the audio book

2020-11-16 22:42:39 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Basically, I'm a libertarian who rejects the NAP as slave morality

2020-11-16 22:44:47 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Are you familiar with the judicial system in Ancapistan?

2020-11-16 22:45:33 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

And how judges are selected for that?

2020-11-16 22:47:00 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Sure, but even in Ancapistan, selection of judges between parties not in contract with each-other will occur

2020-11-16 23:12:12 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

So I select my judge, you select yours, They make a ruling. If they agree it's done, if they disagree, it goes to a 3rd judge who the judges have contracted with to resolve disagreements among judges.

2020-11-16 23:13:56 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

If the judges have no common judge between them, then somebody's ruling will get enforced. The one that's enforced will likely be the judge with a greater customer base.

2020-11-16 23:15:27 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

At that point, if the ruling against the person with the judge who has a smaller customer base is in violation of the NAP, I'm 100% ok with that.

2020-11-16 23:15:40 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

A primary example would be copyright law.

2020-11-16 23:16:33 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Another example would be hacking and information theft, particularly of bitcoin private keys
