OMG that guy is that one mass shooter /s
Looks like Andrew posted both of those articles
hehehehe
Sam Hyde? Yeah ๐
Stalin sure seems like not a cool bro.
Humans are weird.
Looks like Anglin has at least $15k USD in BTC for his legal defense https://blockchain.info/address/19m9yEChBSPuzCzEMmg1dNbPvdLdWA59rS
Fascism and National Socialism were definitely slandered.
Yep. Everything that doesn't fit their narrativfe.
They promote a victim mentality. Everyone who disagrees is a demon.
I disagree. But it is booming in modern times.
Victim mentality probably lead the Jews to Israel
I think jews were embracing the victim status in the 40s and 50s, but I could be wrong.
And lumped their cause with all other popular victim status causes.
So being anti-feminist means being anti-narrative means being a Nazi
Sure, yes.
Everything is sexist and racist.
Someone vetted Virtue? Okay I'm outta here ๐
jokes
Women only "steal" white collar jobs.
Women won't steal coal miner jobs.
They probably did. White collar jobs are the good jobs ๐ the only ones worth stealing.
Ahh, the times before feminism ๐ when we were all equal ๐
Oh right, couldn't sell booze, but if you had it you could drink it ๐
Sort of how the role of the father became obsolete
Sweet!
Oh I *know* many ๐
(jokes)
What do you think should be provided by the state?
Please elaborate.
You don't think that schools should be the other way around?
What about schools that teach the unwashed masses how to get a job, to help the nation
Formal education is certainly overrated.
I certainly wouldn't attend one.
Nope
I can see how that would have merit. Especially for those who can succeed in that school environment.
What if there is a flaw in the system somewhere. Would the elites be free to question the system?
What if an elite, for example, wanted to question the existence of god? Or wanted to promote degeneracy?
Agreed.
But ensuring everyone has the same ideology can lead to a bit of insular thinking
Good deal
Agreed. Lowest common denominator is what can get consensus. Or outright war.
Is authoritative the proper method?
I haven't read this book in a while, but it moved me at the time. http://home.cc.umanitoba.ca/~altemey/
The concept of the authoritarian follower was terrifying.
Yes, but questioning authority is very useful.
The individual should.
Questioning authority isn't mutually exclusive with having authority.
I haven't been in school for quite a while.
I remember seeing peers spanked bare bottom in front of the whole class.
Teacher would keep a paddle on the wall near the door.
From a rural town. So they probably were a bit resistant to change.
And yeah, I'm probably much older than most of the people who use discord.
It helped form my anti-authoritarian beliefs.
I agree. And they should.
I mostly just want to see the law applied even handedly and not selectively.
(and for all consensual crimes to be legal)
Maybe I am a libertarian.
Collective punishment seems useful in the military I guess?
Well, you get paid and some of it is tax free ...
True
My brain is going off on a bit of a libertarian tangent.
It pretty much says that degeneracy ain't nobody's business.
I'm revisiting my views on authoritarianism and degeneracy though.
My experience with authoritarianism in grade school, was that questioning it wasn't allowed.
Children have no rights, bigger stronger men have rights and can beat you.
Howdy.
Why not?
It sounds like it would be useful for having society work as one functional unit.
No, but I'm cringing thinking about it ๐
I'm not sure I agree.
True
Free individuals that are able to worship their own false gods, engage in buggery, use meth?
Sounds good so far.
What about in state controlled areas, public space, parks?
Generally I believe that humanity is vermin. So yes, they'll trash a park.
Unfortunately any authority that we put in charge of keeping the park safe and clean, will most likely also be vermin.
What are your views on gun control?
speaking of crime and authorities
Personally I trust a homeless man more than I trust a police officer. At least there is no requirement that a homeless person be stupid like there is for cops.
I wish it weren't the case.
US police system needs an overhaul
Unfortunately, that isn't the case.
Kaarma wasn't white, and his victim was. I wonder if "white privilege" played a role here.
But, since Diren wasn't a local, he didn't know you get shot if you do shit like that.
The vandalism or the dispatching of a vandal?
Interesting.
I only know it because it is Montana news
Ahh, this was a string of burglaries and vandalism in Kaarma's garage.
Then he laid some bait, and watched with a loaded shotgun. Then fired four times into the darkness without knowing if he was in any danger.
Dead student.
Yes
Never met him before.
Probably wishes he never had ...
Steal beer and various other crap.
How so?
hehehe
It is a violation to have an unknown entity repeatedly enter your home and steal.
