I paid for my entire year’s tuition by selling a single house (I work as a real estate agent part-time).

Average home price where I live is over $300k. So a 3% split commission on that is over $9k.

I didn’t graduate early, but I just did dual-enrollment since my school offered it for juniors and seniors. And I’ve technically done college since sophomore year.

I studied at Harvard for the summer between sophomore and junior year and studied at GCU part-time through my school for the rest of high school.

So college isn’t gonna cost too much for me thank god

I hope to apply there for business school. Might get my JD as well alongside my MBA, but that wouldn’t help me too much. I’d just do it since I love law
