ive had chronic dissociation for months

its normal for me now

yea but i have cognitive effectives from it

it started from my chronic illness and now i have cognitive issues too

so i dissociate 24/7 p much

its hard to explain becauses it became my normal

for it to be chronic it has to be going on for more than 4- 6 months i think

im waiting for a call back from a therapist for a complete diagnosis for why i dissociate and the cognitive effects
