If I turned around and told you, 'oh hey, you're a minor, you don't matter you just do what you're told,' would you honestly be alright with that? It really gets to me I don't know why...
Yes I am under 18. I am 13, 14 in January, but now that you've read these few sentences I bet some of you are already thinking less of me. Because I'm a minor and being a called a minor puts me down, guys. It's not nice to be called a kid because no kid wants to think they're young and dumb but it's pretty much a fact; though I'd rather be called a child than a minor. It makes kids sound like less of a person- children might not be as smart or capable as adults but we have free will, just like you. So we are no less of a person than you are. Just because we don't have fancy jobs or work, that does not make us any less of a human being, does it?
Because once upon a time, you was a child too. And I bet you wouldn't have enjoyed being talked about as a product of science and the social pecking order rather than a human being. Think about it. Please."
