Which video? @โโโ
Left eating their own?
Anyway, we're so far off topic now, we took the safari to Russia.
It's amazing to me how far people can dig in their heel.
When I heard of the Kavanaugh thing, I thought: "Man, this one they really have to concede is crazy."
Then, I go to TYT and it's basically all: "BELIEVE WOMEN! BELIEVE WOMEN!"
Men and women are perfectly equal, except men are all rapists and women never lie. Got it.
Most people only learn when they got burned by this anti-rational madness. So, as sad as it is to see some people get ruined, it's the only way to wake them up.
OMFG YES!
NOthing against Tim.
But he has some serious blind spots.
But, so did I. I was a full on lefty.
Then, I started reading books ...
Sorry, not trying to be condescending.
UVA, Duke Lacrosse, Jian Ghomeshi, Brian Branks, ...
Mattress Girl, Mustafa Uruay, Marvin Zuker, Mandi Gray
Roy Moore, Jemma Beale, Brian Banks
Oh, wait I already said brian banks
Pretty much all high profile rape cases turned to sh*t.
Yeah, right ... that's exactly what someone who was sexually assaulted would do.
But, there is no typical behavior for rape victims now, the left tells us.
During the Satanic Panic it was "Believe the children!"
Now it's "Believe the women!"
Wait, did she claim rape AGAIN?!
oh ....
@tmg copper True.
But, I think false rape allegations are a little oder than that.
All the studies that pre-date feminist cleansing found a false allegation rate of 40-80%.
McDouglas, Kanin, studies from Germany, UK, Australia
Most frequent reason for lying: VIndictiveness and avoiding societal shaming.
Currently, about HALF of all exonerations by the Innocence Project are of men having been falsely convicted of rape, conclusively exonerated.
Rape, however, only makes up 1/20th of all violent crime. The Innocence Project takes on all cases that seem to have a chance to succeed. Roughly speaking, we can say that false allegations happen at a rate 4 times as high for rape.
(source: DoJ)
The average falsely convicted man spends 11 years in prison.
There are 300,000 rapes in federal prison per year.
The rate of HIV infections in penal institutions is 4-8x that of the general population, depending on type of institution.
If this doesn't scare people, they are not paying attention.
Yes, the statistic padding has been infamous in the feminist peddled studies.
One of the most egregious cases are probably the study by Koss in 1994, the Duluth Model, or the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
All were peddled and sponsored with a degree of manipulation and conflicts of interest that would have immediately disqualified any other scientific publication.
Feminism is one of the biggest shams in the 20th century - and we are all paying, men, boys, girls, and women alike.
Nobody is being helped by these lies. I am absolutely disgusted by it.
When I first listened to Erin Pizzey at the ICMI, I was absolutely blown away.
But, I am also really delighted - I don't use that word a lot - that people here actually seem to know about those things, that it's finally seeping into the general knowledge.
People here are probably a cut above the normie population, so add another 10 years and the state of knowledge here might be the normie knowledge. One can only hope.
oof
Is it cringe?
Lacie Green used to be full on listen and believe.
Men and women are perfectly equal - except men are so bad that they are more likely to rape than women are likely to lie.
A man would rather rape than a woman would lie. Thanks feminism.
It's scary that they basically own all the courts.
While we celebrate that we are wining the "culture war" on YouTube, they pass law after law that further erode rights and due process.
@Tal,Karpov,AlekhineAllCoolGuys I'm not even sure about that. I think men tend to be more physically aggressive, but in a situation of similar power differential, I think women rape at about the same rates.
It's what you can now see in a lot of schools - except, there we don't call it rape, of course. It's a "tryst" or an "affair".
Hmm ... I don't know. I would have found it just as obvious as you a few years ago, but with all the rampant double standards, where we do not even acknowledge rape by women, it's pretty hard to tell.
Remember that the FBI didn't even acknowledge a definition of rape according to which women could rape men until 2013.
So, if it's defined away, it's hard to find data in the literature on it.
Yes.
Studies have found similar psychological reaction by boys who have been taken advantage of.
I think there have been about half a dozen on the subject now.
In the US alone.
I'd have to go to my Athena account.
Unwanted sex is rape.
hmm ...
Then what about women's rape fantasies?
You can arouse men against their will, even without viagra.
Statutory rape is another case.
I don't know.
And we won't know until the reporting is objective and the same for men as it is for women.
If the genders were reversed, there would be an outcry if a woman had to pay child support to her rapist.
We do not have double standards, and we minimize the effect and impact on men.
We usually use humor to deflect.
Well, if I would use the feminist definition, I think I was raped 6? times.
Pressured into sex when not completely in the mood, under the influence of alcohol, a power differential in positions.
Touched while I was asleep, let's see what else?
Hmm ... I was probably raped a dozen times or so.
And don't forget explicit, enthusiastic consent, a la yes means yes.
I should make a Go Fund Me. Pls donate
Also, Brett Kavanaugh raped me 999999999 times in 1459. I can't remember where or when exactly and there were no witnesses.
ARE YOU CALING ME A LIAR?
Why do you hate women?
Who hurt you?
lol
I think Ford has a neurological condition. Not being snarky here. She keeps opening and closing her mouth.
I have seen that before, but I am not sure how indicative it is.
I have seen it in people with Parkinson. I am not an expert. Maybe there was something else going on.
Anyway, it's weird. But I'd have to look into it. I might be completely off the mark here.
Agreed.
Equality before the law would be great.
There is currently a gender sentencing gap of 60%, in terms of prison time and chances of conviction.
Tillyer, Rob, Richard D. Hartley, and Jeffrey T. Ward. "Differential treatment of female defendants: Does criminal history moderate the effect of gender on sentence length in federal narcotics cases?." Criminal justice and behavior 42.7 (2015): 703-721.
Starr, Sonja B. "Estimating gender disparities in federal criminal cases." American Law and Economics Review 17.1 (2014): 127-159.
Equality before the law requires us to be ruled by NAZI PUGS!!!Q
Yes, that's BS.
That's also why the rate of false allegations, or the supposed rate, should not enter into due process.
If that was the case, we should get rid of trials in murder cases, because the rate of false convictions is so low.
Or, as the crime rate changes, we would have to adjust due process. We just generate a random number, with percentages roughly equal to the false conviction rate, to decide if someone is guilty.
OH, wow. Hoppe.
I am glad people are watching him.
Unsurprinsingly, the channel only has 1.7K subs, but at least it's on YT.
