You mean the normal poster designs just made smaller for 2-to-a-page printing?
yes
I don't have them for all of the posters, no. Which ones were you looking for?
the hate speech poster is probably the most versatile
Will do
I got a few, if you want me to share.
I formatted them for .doc
Go for it @Deimos-MI
Those are the ones we've handed out mostly, so I made them two to a page, it's my favorite flyer size.
@Thomas Ryan Tonight
Isn't it going to get taken down before we can get good photos/video of it?
We're going to make the effort to do it right this time. Over the edge, ziptied at the bottom so they can't reach over and pull it up. We're going with a nearby smaller bridge that'll make it easier to read from the street too.
Stay safe. If you can, get some quick footage of dropping it. If it's too risky, don't bother.
With just 2 of us, I don't think we can get video of the process, but I'll be sure to take a pass or two on the street and get photos.
I'll see what we can do.
I've got good pics with my actual camera. Gotta upload em later
@Magnus next time use some locks
Good effort, @Magnus, espescially for doing it solo. I'm starting to realize that what's required for an effective bridge drop (readability, dealing with the wind), is more difficult than it is beneficial.
If we do more banners, we might want to focus on targeting fences in high-traffic areas.
Like here.
Corners/intersections are good because pedestrians and cars stop at then long enough to read.
Pay bums to hand out prop at city stop lights.
There was traffic backed up all morning right at that spot. I drove back for work about an hour and a half later
Don't you think having bums hand out PF stuff would be bad optics? Or do I sense sarcasm lol
But like friendly white bums.
/ourbums/
lol
Thats why we donate navy blue jackets and khakis to them.
If their 'Nam vets, even better.
I've seen Casapound go around with sack lunches and hand them out to the homeless. We'll likely start doing that sometime soon.
I've actually been considering that.
Thats not a bad idea.
Sandwich, pamphlet, maybe a bottle of water or two, some nutrition bars that keep you full, fruit, and a nice blue sticker on the sack keeping it closed. It'd be great to help the folks out. May want to start with homeless vets, where you can find them.
Beach clean ups this spring.
Beach clean up near Galveston would be cool.
It'd take a while. That's for sure.
Summer beach clean up while handing some pamphlets out to people enjoying the sun.
might be cool
Alt right picnics on the beach.
we can build sand camps
@Sven Would I be able to say these are at the university?
@Thomas Ryan , did you get my pics from Depaul University?
DM them to me @Smiter-IL
@Thomas Ryan#2762 yeah that's fine
Chattanooga
This was donttellbadjokes' postering, not mine.
I love the file name
Right? lol
Pantry Fort!! We Have Provisions!!! CookingOil.org
Posted it at the laundromat then observed as i did my laundry eventually people came to do theres atleast one looked like he read it no one took it down so thats niffty
@hyena I think I can do the EXACT same thing. Thanks for the idea.
Is that.. a big hammer?
@Thomas Ryan
Yep
The sad thing is that broken hammer is better than most of the stuff in art museums in Seattle
Great photos. @The_Human_Shoah
@Goodest_Boy has taught you well.
Good job man.
EEEEEE
MORE TO COME, GOYS! THE NIGHT IS STILL YOUNG
@The_Human_Shoah OY VEY
Good luck
Funny too, because Gig Harbor Police are throwing the biggest bitch fit about the posters, and i just got done talking to three of them with @The_Eternal_Frog about a counterfeit $100 at our work
That photo on the overpass is iconic. Also non irl vetted people can see activism maintain opsec.
How are you attaching the larger posters?
Im only using scotch brand spray adhesive, and the posters are standard printer size
Thanks
No problem man. This is the stuff i use.
Posters in tampa FL
Do we have to use the new poster?
Yes
New design is to Save ink right?
Yes, text on the bottom is also updated for the current site.
Ah I see
shoot
I just got stickers in with the onld one
I'm bad at pantry fort
@FASHRABBIT Really not a big deal. As folks use up old designs they'll phase in the new ones.
@The_Human_Shoah how much is the spray and how long does it last? How fast do you put up a poster.
Goes on quick, lasts long enough
From the instructions off my bottle. "For permanent attachment spray area and place object within 15 seconds"
I used to be a Virgin tapist but now I use chadhesive
It's defiantly worth the 10 bucks
I've seen sprayed up posters stick around after being keyed and ripped for the better part of a year.
Especially if you get thick cardstock
@Deimos-MI the spray is actually kind if expensive, around 15-18 dollars a bottle. As for effectiveness, it is adequate and it gets the job done. If the surface has so much is a drop of water on it though the adhesive will separate it
Also, be careful where you use it. It may qualify as vandalism in some places.
I've had success with Avery full page shipping labels. On smooth metal, they seem to have a hard time peeling them off.
Those are useful. Also, check out wheatpaste. Real durable shit, and cheap to boot.
^
that will get you a vandals in charge depending on the surface
I mentioned it above. It also varies by jurisdiction.
Wheat past isn't coming off
That shit is insane
That's why I love it, lol.
Haven't used it for PF stuff yet, though.
A lot of commies use it
It's like a hallmark of guerillas activism
Dumping some random propaganda from the last week or two
Coffee shop
Sign boards at park
NICE!
Good job brother.
LA area?
San Diego.
Good effort for doing it solo. I know that's not easy.
Yeah that was a high fence I had to grapple that shit.
So many people saw it though haha
I'm still convinced that unless we splurge on a fat banner, with much larger text, bridge drops aren't as profitable as targeting fences in high-traffic areas. Roads and colleges.
Postering Manson show, I'll try for pictures.
Nice photos guys keep it up
Had fun doing it with y'all
Is there an approximate deadline to submit footage for the upcoming prop video @Thomas Ryan ?
@Deimos-MI Not really. Either tomorrow or Friday.
Postering I did today at Dalton State College
@Deimos-MI we'd miss the cut off then.
Still wise to get the footage. We'll always be making something.
George Mason University
Sorry if most of these aren't useful, who'd of thunk that a campus would be busier at 7pm than 4pm
Me and @The_Human_Shoah makin a banner
Why such a big gap?
Cut in lengthways and make two.
But B&S on the top and Deport Them ALl on the bottom
No Im not done
I putting america is our birthright
Nice nice.
Great idea.
@Goodest_Boy is a straight G when it comes to banners
Do a hologram via synched drones
MAD LAD
We're not there yet. The amount of battery power you would need is too heavy for any reasonably priced drone.
At some point in the future though it might become possible.
An octocopter with the largest possible rotor blades can only carry about 52 lbs of cargo.
This is assuming it's electric. If we go ridiculously big and use regular helicopters then maybe it's possible. I have however considered using RC planes to drop leaflets over large events.
But that costs about $500 and at least 20 hours of work and I have neither time nor money right now.
Holy shit I'd pitch in for something like that.
I'll need to do some testing before I recommend it for others. I'll keep you in the loop though.
building drones that are capable of picking up preschoolers....
The trick is to get them while they're younger. They weigh less then.
Probably a drogue chute attached to something underneath the Flyers. It pulls out itself and the stack of Flyers, and then they scatter everywhere.
It would be like the World War Two leaflets.
Dude, I have 13,000 fliers I need to find a way to distribute.
Like 4000 of them are already outdated because Thomas changed the design...
๐
Have you gotten them yet?
Yes, today or yesterday.
Haven't unpacked yet. I WILL take pics though!
And send them to you.
tbh, it's a bit underwhelming. 13,000 fliers are surprisingly compact, it's literally two medium sized boxes and one small box. There's two 12 foot banners in there too somehow.
Check and ensure everything matches the invoice.
I will count EVERY flier to make sure I haven't been jewed! ๐
But seriously, yes, I'll look into it tomorrow.
13,000 fliers
@Thomas Ryan please advise what shots you'd like.
also, Vistaprint paper is fooking awesome quality
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better than printer paper
>not showing the printed parts
Such a tease
^stop playing with us
give me a few minutes! I got a lot of ideas in my head
He'll probably take pictures for us, but use the flag as a censor bar
How big are those banners?
2.5 x 12 feet
Too big to stretch out on my bed ๐ฆ
