I think he was shot first and that made him drop his gun, but i'm not sure who did it. maybe the guy in the bottom right corner went around the shelf on the right and got him from behind, or he was just off screen at the bottom when he did it, because the bad guy falls over before any of the guys on screen have their guns fully drawn.
I thought that too but no one is shooting him, and the way he jumps after the gun doesn't look like he was injured
like I said the guy who I think initially shot him was off screen when he did it. watch it from the beginning, you'll see there is a guy at the bottom of the screen who goes to the right, and he is the same guy that goes out the door after it happens. And the reason I think he was the one that shot him is because the others didn't get their guns out until after. also something falls off that shelf, so someone definitely was over there to bump it or something. The first shot might have missed or just wasn't critical, either way something happened to make him drop the gun, i don't think he just dropped it for no reason. Also if you watch the other guy in white at 38 seconds as he is walking to the left with his hands on his head he flinches because there is a gunshot right before the bad guy drops his gun.
