I thought this would happen. People would bitch and moan over a stupid trailer but then the actual game mechanics would end up being really interesting.

Honestly I wasn't that bothered by the trailer. Yeah, it was a stupid trailer, but it didn't make me think that the gameplay would actually be anything to complain about. On the other hand I can understand the fear that once they start with stupid SJW crap it'll never stop, and that's certainly possible.
