I think the premise that race is the major factor in division and unrest in the US is false, even though I think she has a point about the government forcing people together through quotas etc. I don't think dividing the US into different racial zones will solve anything, in fact it will probably makes things worse unless the underlying problems such as the welfare state and breakdown of family/community are resolved first. But even if it worked, I wouldn't want to be excluded from being able to move to a different area of the country. Luckily, these kinds of people aren't getting anywhere.

And I think your last point sums up my feeling as well, and I think it's true of most identitarians. They see a certain problem, attribute it entirely to the "other", and come up with solutions that would divorce themselves from the perceived problem group.

There may be some truth to it though, especially in terms of Islam, but that is a cultural divide, not necessarily racial.
